We accept returns due to wrong selection of parts in a period of ten (10) days after their delivery. In case of return, the part can only be replaced by another similar part. We recommend that before installing a new part, please compare the new part with the old part for any visual difference. If you spot any difference do not hesitate to contact us.
To return an unused part:- The product shouldn’t have been used and remain in perfect condition without any wear,
- If the product had any safety seal, it should be intact,
- The invoice for the purchase must be available and the item’s packaging must be undamaged.
If the conditions above are not met, the company has the right to deny the return of any item. Before returning an item the buyer must contact the company. The shipping fee for the return of the item is paid by the buyer, unless we suggested a part that is not compatible with your vehicle. In the latter case we pay for the return of the item and the shipping of the correct one.
– Return a faulty item.If the part hasn’t been used, follow the terms of “Return due to wrong selection”. In case that there is a manufacturing failure, the company pays for the cost of shipping the item back and sending a new one.
If the item has been used, please pack it, prepare it’s return and contact us. The part is either replaced immediately or is shipped to the manufacturer. The manufacturer is responsible for the item’s warranty and after it’s thorough inspection, if there is any failure the item is replaced.
– Warranty.All parts* have limited warranty by their manufacturer and the company is not obligated to offer any other warranty for the products. In any case, the company’s aim is to satisfy the needs of the customer as soon possible and as best as possible. If any issue occurs, our first priority is to solve the issue and support the customer. The warranty is valid as long as the customer has the invoice or receipt for the purchase and the part’s original package. All parts are checked before their shipment for any damage or defection.
For any problem that occurs during the product’s warranty period please contact as soon as possible. For the return of the part please follow this procudure:
- Contact us to verify that the product’s warranty is valid
- We provide information for the return of the part,
- The part is checked by our personnel,
- Depending on the product, it is immediately replaced or sent to the manufacturer for further investigation.
The warranty covers any damages caused by the product itself, by being faulty, not any damages caused by an outside source or by wrong installation or assembly or by using the product off-specification.
The warranty does not cover any damages caused during the shipping of the item. The company is not responsible for any damages caused during the transportation of the item. Shipping and gateway charges commission are not subject to refund .
*The following parts DO NOT have any warranty:
- Lamps – Electrical Parts – Fluids. In addition for vehicles using LPG the warranty is void for the following parts:
- Fuel Pumps
- Ignition Coils
- Spark Plugs
- Mass Air Flow(MAF) Sensors.
Lastly, vehicles using after market Spark Plugs void the warranty for Ignition Coils and Ignition Cables.
The company is not responsible for any delays during the investigation of items or during the repair of items made by the product’s manufacturer.
