www.jeepantalaktika.gr, is a web portal, owned and operated by Vouidaski Nektaria (The Company) with registered office at 25is Martiou 8, Kalithea, Heraklion Crete Greece. Please read carefully these Terms and Conditions of Use that govern the use and access of the web portal. By using this web portal you consent to these Terms and Conditions.

The Company Jeep antalaktika has the right to change any content to the web portal jeepantalaktika.gr at any given time without any notice. The content on jeepantalaktika.gr includes information provided and created by manufacturers, distributors, dealers, advertisers, content partners, software developers, publishers, marketing agents, users, resellers and other third parties. While every attempt shall be made to ascertain the authenticity of the content on the platform(s), the Company has no control over the accuracy of such information on its pages, and/ or material on the platform(s) which may include but not be limited to, technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. The Company makes no guarantees, nor can be held responsible for any such information, including its authenticity, currency, content, quality, copyright compliance or legality, or any resulting loss or damage. All data and/or information on the product(s) and service(s) including but not limited to, the prices and the availability of any product or service or any feature thereof is subject to change without notice to the party providing it. Pricelist / Availability:

The prices and availability of the products offered on the platform(s) are subject to change, without any prior intimation/ notice or any consequential liability on the Company. Any/ all offers on products shall be for a limited period of time, as mentioned under on the platform(s). The Company may at its sole discretion modify, extend, update or withdraw the offers on products without any prior intimation/ notice to the user. The Company shall endeavor to provide accurate products, services and pricing information. In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product or service information, the Company may, at its sole discretion, either contact the user for instructions or cancel the order, which the user shall be notified about. Jeepantalaktika.gr provides data for the customer to search for required spare parts or car-related products, any information regarding cars, their maintenance, etc. (referred to hereafter as “Service”) subject to the following Terms and conditions of use. By using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Furthermore, when using any particular Jeepantalaktika.gr service or services, you agree to abide by any applicable posted guidelines for all Jeepantalaktika.gr services, which are subject to change from time to time and without any prior intimation. In case you do not agree to the Terms, you may not use or access or stop your use or access of our Services. You are requested to go through these Terms prior to accessing or using the Platforms. The Company makes no representation of Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler and other Vehicle Manufacturer(s)/ Car brand(s) and its associate(s)/ affiliate(s)/ subsidiary(s) in any manner, whatsoever, until clearly specified association or agreement with such associate(s)/ affiliate(s)/ subsidiary(s), whether directly or indirectly, are mentioned and/ or clearly/explicitly stated on the jeepantalaktika.gr website.

Order Procedure:

The user chooses from the Website the product(s) that would like to buy and adds them to his/her shopping cart. In order to proceed the user provides the requested data and any comments. At the last step the user checks that all data and products are correct and then finalizes the order.

Time period for the product delivery:

You acknowledge that the time period for the delivery of products/ services is estimated and proximate in nature. The Company does not guarantee that such products/ services shall be delivered to you and or delivered within the time period mentioned while placing the order. The time period might extend due to the following reasons, not in the Company’s control:

Unable to contact the client in order to verify important shipping details,
Κ Discontinued or out of stock products (in this case we will contact you to find the best solution),
Extreme weather conditions, prohibition of sailing or flights , pandemics, strikes and all conditions that cannot be prevented.

In the event of a said condition, the Company cannot be held responsible for the extension of the delivery time.

Shipping of Orders:

The user selects shipping and payment method during the checkout. We offer the following shipment methods for our clients.

Domestic orders (sent to Greece):

ACS Courier,
Speedex,
ELTA Courier,
Shipping Company

International orders (sent to anywhere but Greece):

DHL Express
FedEx

For domestic orders, the shipping company is the cheapest shipping method for heavy and large items. The shipping cost for this shipping method is for the item to be sent to the shipping company’s office in Athens. Any excess cost for the item to be delivered to the client’s address or to another city is covered by the buyer.

Shipping cost:

The shipping costs are not included in the products price but is shown during the checkout when you select the shipping method.

Warranty:

All parts* have limited warranty by their manufacturer and the company is not obligated to offer any other warranty for the products. In any case, the company’s aim is to satisfy the needs of the customer as soon possible and as best as possible. If any issue occurs, our first priority is to solve the issue and support the customer. The warranty is valid as long as the customer has the invoice or receipt for the purchase and the part’s original package. All parts are checked before their shipment for any damage or defection.

For any problem that occurs during the product’s warranty period please contact as soon as possible.
For the return of the part please follow this procedure:

Contact us to verify that the product’s warranty is valid,
We provide information for the return of the part,
The part is checked by our personnel,
Depending on the product, it is immediately replaced or sent to the manufacturer for further investigation.

The warranty covers any damages caused by the product itself, by being faulty, not any damages caused by an outside source or by wrong installation or assembly or by using the product off-specification. The warranty does not cover any damages caused during the shipping of the item. The company is not responsible for any damages caused during the transportation of the item. Shipping and gateway charges commission are not subject to refund.

* The following parts DO NOT have any warranty:

Lamps – Electrical Parts – Fluids.

In addition for vehicles using LPG the warranty is void for the following parts:

Fuel Pumps

Ignition Coils

Spark Plugs

Mass Air Flow(MAF) Sensors.

Lastly, vehicles using after market Spark Plugs void the warranty for Ignition Coils and Ignition Cables.

The company is not responsible for any delays during the investigation of items or during the repair of items made by the product’s manufacturer.
